4th of July Team Wod and Brunch Potluck!

We will have one class at 7:30am immediately followed by a brunch potluck! Bring your best dish! 
 
Here is what the wod will be: 
 
Teams of 3: 45 Min Amrap of: 
 
7  Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (7R + 7L)(50/35)(age 55+ 35/25)
Team Run to the 200M sign and back through front door or teams can split a 600m Row 
4 Ring Muscle Ups or 8 Strict Pullups 
Team Run to the 200M Sign and back in through the front door or teams can split a 600m Row 
17 Dumbbell Box Step Ups (24"/20")
Team Run to the 200M Sign and back in through the front door or teams can split a 600m Row 
76 Dubs or 152 Single Unders 
 
*each teammate performs the first task of 7 DBS R + L,  then all run 200m or Row together before moving on to RMU's/PU's
